Bettar ("the Service", at bettar.xyz) is an independent subscription odds-information and data-analysis service. It monitors prices displayed by third-party bookmakers, identifies mathematical price differences, records changes and follow-ups, and provides comparison and allocation models.
Outputs are mathematical comparisons of source prices at a point in time. They are not instructions, recommendations, offers, or assurances that a price will be available. Third-party bookmakers control their prices, limits, accounts, acceptance, settlement, and void rules. Any decision to use a bookmaker service is made independently by you under that bookmaker's terms. Past measurements do not predict future availability or results.
You must be 18 or older and legally permitted to use bookmaker services in your jurisdiction. If betting is causing you harm, stop and seek help; in Ghana, bookmakers publish responsible-gaming resources.
Payments are processed by Paystack; we never see your mobile-money PIN or full payment credentials. Keep your payment reference (shown in the app under Account → Payments). If you were charged and your plan did not activate, contact support with the reference — we can check the processor's record and fix it. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded once confirmed; an immediate reversal is reserved for clear technical errors. Any other refund request is reviewed within 14 days of your report. A refund is issued where a feature we advertised is not present or cannot be verified on your account; fees for periods already served are otherwise not refundable.
If you choose to connect a bookmaker account for balance display, the credential is stored encrypted, used read-only, and can be deleted by you at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
Links may open a third-party bookmaker page and, where supported, preload selections for review. Bettar does not set a stake or submit the wager: the third-party site requires you to review its current price and terms and make the final decision. Offer and promotion information is a summary for comparison; the bookmaker's current official terms always control.
Bettar Rewards is an optional way to earn in-app credits by completing voluntary tasks on third-party offer-walls (for example surveys or registrations). It is entirely optional and never required to use the features you have already paid for or to access your account.
Credits are not money. Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another person or account, sold, exchanged for mobile money, converted into any bookmaker balance, or used to place, submit, or settle a wager. Bettar does not accept or hold user funds and does not place bets on your behalf.
Earning credits. When you start a task, we show its expected credit, the task itself, an estimated time and data use, any spend requirement, and the approval and reversal terms. Credits appear as Pending until the third-party confirms the action, then as Available; third-party quality review means some tasks are later rejected or reversed, in which case the related credits are removed. Credits expire after the period shown (currently 90 days).
Day passes. Available credits can be redeemed in 24-hour blocks of full Standard or VIP access. One redemption provides 24 hours from redemption; you may stack up to the displayed limit (7 days). A day pass never replaces or extends a paid subscription, and an active paid subscription always takes precedence over any day-pass entitlement. Bettar may suspend or end the Rewards programme, change rates and availability, or void credits where abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.
Third-party control. Task availability, acceptance, completion, payout and settlement are controlled by the third-party providers that operate the walls and the advertisers behind them. Bettar does not administer, endorse, or receive the value of individual tasks, and official third-party terms prevail.
Eligibility. Rewards are for users aged 18 and over. Certain task categories are excluded and may be removed at any time.
Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service's output; do not use the Service where it is unlawful to do so; do not attempt to disrupt it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for bookmaker decisions, odds changes, network failures, or your betting losses.
